Avión Tequila - The Brand

Avión Tequila was created in 2009 and is produced at the Productos Finos de Agave distillery in Jesús María in eastern Jalisco. The brand uses Highland agave, sourced from some of the highest elevation sites in Jalisco. The agave is slowly roasted in brick ovens for three days, fermented in open stainless steel tanks, then double distilled in pot stills handmade in Jesús María. The brand has been part of the Pernod Ricard portfolio since 2018.

Avión Reserva Cristalino

Avión Reserva Cristalino is a speciality añejo cristalino and the brand's newest line extension . This product is a blend of añejo tequila, aged a minimum of 12 months in American oak barrels, with a touch of extra-añejo. The final blend is double-charcoal filtered for clarity and smoothness and bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV).

B

Bauchant Orange Liqueur

Bauchant pronounced [bow-CHAN], was first released in the United States in the 1970s. This product uses a Cognac base, including V.S. (Very Special, minimum two years old) and V.S.O.P. (Very Superior Old Pale, minimum of four years old) Cognac, produced by Maison Roullet-Fransac. The Cognac is blended with an orange liqueur made of bitter and sweet orange. Bauchaunt utilizes three different orange varieties, including Andalusian, Mandarin, and Tangerine.

Bearface Canadian Whisky

Bearface Canadian Whisky starts with a single grain corn distillate, which is unusual for Canada, where most whisky uses rye. The corn whisky is aged 7 years in ex-Bourbon barrels, and then cask finished in French oak red wine casks from the Mission Hill winery in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. Finally, the whisky is casked finished again in virgin Hungarian oak. All cask finishings are done in repurposed shipping containers that have been left in the Canadian wilderness of British Columbia. The brand calls this process “Elemental Aging.” This product is bottled at 85 proof (42.5 % ABV).

Ben Holladay, 6 Year-Old, Bottled-in-Bond, Missouri Straight Bourbon Whiskey

First released in 2022, Ben Holladay Bourbon is the brand's flagship expression and is produced grain-to-glass at the Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri. Based on historical records, this product is the original Missouri mash bill and recipe made by Ben Holladay. This expression has a mash bill of 73% Missouri corn, 15 % rye, and 12 % barley, uses estate limestone spring water, has a barrel-entry proof of 118, and is aged on-site in new # 3 charred Missouri white oak barrels for a minimum of 6 years. This product follows all the Bottled-in-Bond and Missouri bourbon laws and is non-chill filtered, bottled in small batches of 48-52 barrels at 100 proof (50 % ABV). The Ben Holladay Bourbon won a gold medal at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Holladay Soft Red Wheat, 6 Year-Old, Bottled-in-Bond, Missouri Straight Bourbon Whiskey

First released in 2023, this expression is the brand's second product and has no historical significance to the distillery. The company's president enjoys wheated bourbon, so he asked the Master Distillery to produce one about a year after he started distilling the flagship Ben Holladay bourbon. This expression is the same as Ben Holladay, except for the mash bill, which uses wheat instead of rye. The Soft Red Wheat expression mash bill is 73 % Missouri corn, 15 % wheat, and 12 % barley, uses estate limestone spring water, has a barrel-entry proof of 118, and is aged on-site in new # 3 charred Missouri white oak barrels for a minimum of 6 years. This product follows all the Bottled-in-Bond and Missouri bourbon laws and is non-chill filtered, bottled in small batches of 48-52 barrels at 100 proof (50 % ABV). The Holladay Soft Red Wheat won a gold medal at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Blackened Whiskey

Blackened Whiskey was created by the late Master Distiller Dave Pickerell (Maker's Mark & Whistle Pig) and the iconic rock band Metallica. Rob Dietrich, the former Stranahan's Master Distiller, has taken over after the tragic death of Dave Pickerell. The brand is a blend of Bourbons and Ryes from North America with an average age statement of 8+ years, cask-finished in black brandy barrels, and bottled at 90 proof (45 % ABV). The goal was to reinvent what American Whiskey could be by creating a final product that was together greater than the sum of its parts. To further blend the connection between music and Whiskey, low hertz sound waves from Metallica's music generate motion within the barrel during the cask finishing process, causing the Whiskey to penetrate deeper into the wood, where it extracts additional flavor and color. The brand calls this "sonic-enhancement." Each batch has its unique, band-selected, and arranged playlist that creates slight nuance from batch to batch. Each playlist can be streamed online.

Branca Menta

Branca Menta is a line extension from Fernet-Branca, created in 1960. The famous American-born Greek opera singer Maria Callas habitually drank Fernet-Branca with some fresh mint leaves before performing. Soon after, it quickly became a summer trend and, unknowingly, served as the inspiration for a drink that was both a tonic and a refreshing beverage. The secret formula consists of herbs and spices enriched by the essential oil of peppermint from Piedmont and bottled at 60 proof (30 % ABV).

Bushmills Irish Whiskey - The Brand

Bushmills is the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery. King James granted the original license to distill on April 20, 1608. The brand specializes in two styles of whiskey: unpeated Irish Single Malt and Blended Irish Whiskey, with a high proportion of single malt whiskey in the final blend, unique for the Irish whiskey category. The distillery is located in Bushmills in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, on the River Bush, where the mills initially processed the grain to make whiskey. The water from the River Bush is still used to distill and proof down the whiskey. This river is filtered through the volcanic bedrock and flows from the village of Bushmills to the world-famous Giant’s Causeway. Single Malt whiskey forms the backbone for all expressions of Bushmills. All their Single Malt whiskey is triple-distilled in traditional Irish copper pot, and the proprietary design has been the brand’s logo for three centuries. All barley is 100 % sourced from the Island of Ireland, and all Bourbon barrels are sourced from Kelvin Cooperage.

Bushmills Original

Bushmills Original, or white label, is the brand’s flagship expression. The original recipe has remained unchanged since 1888. This expression is unique for its high single malt content, compared to most blended Irish Whiskeys at this price point, mostly made using corn (maize). The blend is 45 % Single Malt Whiskey, using only Irish malted barley, and 55 % Grain Whiskey made from corn (maize). Next, the whiskey is matured for a minimum of 3 years with an average age of 4 years in a combination of Kentucky bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. This expression is bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV).

Bushmills Red Bush

Bushmills Red Bush is the newest product in the core lineup, first released in 2016, and is the perfect Irish whiskey for a bourbon drinker. This expression is a blend of 30 % Irish Single Malt whiskey and 70 % Irish grain whiskey, aged for 4 years exclusively in first-fill Kentucky Bourbon barrels sourced from the Kelvin Cooperage and bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV).

Bushmills Black Bush

Bushmills Black Bush offers exceptional quality for an affordable price giving drinkers tremendous value. This expression is a blend of 80 % Irish Single Malt Whiskey and 20 % Irish Grain Whiskey, matured for 8 years in a combination of 20 % Kentucky bourbon barrels and 80 % Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks, and finally bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV). This product is best remembered by the “Rule of 8s” (80 % single malt, 80 % sherry cask aging, and aged for 8 years). This whiskey is best served as a Black & Black or an Irish Stout beer and a neat pour of Bushmills Black.

Bushmills Prohibition Recipe

The Bushmills Prohibition Recipe was a limited-edition release and collaboration between the Bushmills brand and the popular Netflix show Peaky Blinders, which takes place around the time of American Prohibition after World War I. Master Distiller Colum Egan wanted to replicate a more Prohibition-era style, so this whiskey is aged exclusively in former Bourbon barrels (so no Sherry casks), non-chilled filtered, and bottled at 92 proof (46 % ABV). The label features “By Order of the Shelby Company Limited.” Whether you are a fan of Bushmills whiskey or the show, this expression is fun and delivers much value for the money.

Bushmills 10-Year-Old Single Malt

The Bushmills 10-Year-Old is the gateway expression to the brand’s Single Malt line-up. Unlike the blended expressions, which contain a proportion of lighter grain whiskey distilled from corn or wheat, their Single Malt whiskey is triple distilled in copper pot stills from 100 % Irish malted barley at a single distillery. This style of Irish whiskey changed when the British Crown imposed a tax on malted barley in the mid-1800s, causing most distilleries to switch to corn or to include unmalted barley. Bushmills continues the original process, and their Single Malts are “pure malts” with no peat or smoked malt. The 10-Year-Old expression is matured for a minimum of ten years separately in ex-Bourbon barrels, sourced from the Kelvin Cooperage in Kentucky, and Oloroso Sherry casks, before being blended and bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV). This product is the favorite of Bushmills Master Blender Helen Mulholland, Ireland’s first female Master Blender.

Bushmills 12-Year-Old Single Malt

The Bushmills 12-Year-Old expression is the newest addition to the single malt lineup and was designed to offer customers a bridge product between the 10 Year-old and 16-Year-Old expressions. This expression is triple distilled from 100 % Irish malted barley and matured for a minimum of 11 years in former sherry casks and bourbon barrels before combing and finishing for 6-9 months in Marsala wine casks, which is a fortified wine from Sicily, a large island south of the Italian Peninsula. This product is bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV).

Bushmills 16-Year-Old Single Malt

The Bushmills 16-Year-Old expression is a favorite among whiskey connoisseurs, arguably the most popular expression in the brand’s single malt collection. This expression is triple distilled from 100 % Irish malted barley and matured for up to 16 years in former Sherry casks and bourbon barrels, then those barrels are mingled together and cask-finished for 6-9 months in Ruby Port pipes and bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV). Port is a type of fortified wine from Portugal, and Ruby Port is made in a less oxidative and fresher style. Port pipes are the official name for the casks used to mature Port. They are usually a long, narrow shape and around 650 liters or 172 gallons. This expression is a whiskey of three kinds of wood; each barrel provides a different influence, complexity, texture, and finish. The bourbon barrel adds caramelization, the Sherry cask adds an almond characteristic, and the Port pipe imparts a finish with notes of dark summer fruits.

Bushmills 21-Year-Old Single Malt

The Bushmills 21-Year-Old is the pinnacle of the brand’s Single Malt portfolio. This expression is tripled-distilled from 100 % Irish malted barley, aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks. Those barrels are mingled and cask-finished in Madeira wine drums for an additional two years. The final product is bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV). If you are unfamiliar with Madeira, it is a fortified wine produced on the Portuguese island of Madeira, located in the Atlantic Ocean off the North-West coast of Africa. Like the 16-Year-Old expression, this product is a whiskey aged in three different types of barrels. The Bushmills 21-Year-Old is particularly rare because the distillery only fills 27 Madeira Drums each year, each of which is around 650 liters or 172 gallons. The Bushmills distillery can fill about 250 barrels daily to put that volume into perspective.

Busker Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Busker Single Malt is distilled in pot stills from 100 % malted barley at the Royal Oak Distillery, located on an 18th-century estate in eastern Ireland in Clorusk Lower, County Carlow, just a short drive east of Kilkenny. This product has no age statement (NAS), is aged in ex-Bourbon barrels, finished in Sherry casks, and is bottled at 88.6 proof (44.3 %).

C

Caffè Borghetti Coffee Liqueur

Ugo Borghetti created Caffè Borghetti in 1860 to commemorate the inauguration of the Pescara-Ancona railway line. Ugo would sell his product from his bar 'Caffè Sport' to passersby heading to the nearby soccer stadium. The Fratelli Branca Distillerie (parent company to Fernet-Branca & Caprano) acquired the brand in 1982. This product uses Arabica (sourced from South America) and Robusto (sourced from Africa) coffee beans. The roasted coffee beans are freshly ground and brewed in a large-scale "Moka" pot for which Branca has an international patent. Arabica is low in caffeine and has a mild and light flavor profile, while Robusto has low acidity and high bitterness. After brewing, the espresso is chilled, left to rest for six days, then decanted to remove any sediment from brewing. Next, the coffee is press-filtered to remove any reaming particulates, which leaves only the concentrated espresso with essential coffee oils that give the beautiful crema to the final product. The espresso is blended with Italian neutral grain spirit and sugar and bottled at 50 proof (25 % ABV).

Calumet Farms Bourbon - The Brand

This horse also won the Grand Slam of thoroughbred racing with a win at the Travelers Stakes. Whirlaway was the only horse in history ever to accomplish this feat.

Calumet Farm 16-Year-Old Bourbon, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

This expression has aged a minimum of 16 years, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 106 proof (53 % ABV) from a 19-barrel batch size, which is one single rack of barrels. This product typically retails for around $150 and features the Citation brand story on the back label. Citation won the Triple Crown in 1948, along with 19 out of 20 races. His career record was 32 wins, 10 places, and two shows. In 45 total races, Citation only missed showing in one.

Carpano Vermouth - The Brand

The Carpano brand was founded in 1786 in Turin, Italy when herbalist Antonio Benedetto Carpano invented a formula combining herbs and spices with wine, which is credited as the invention of the modern Vermouth category. Carpano's wine shop was situated just opposite the Royal Palace, so he sent a crate of Vermouth to King Vittorio Amedeo III. The King took such an immediate liking to the drink and adopted it as part of the royal household. The Carpano Vermouth brand was purchased in 1985 by Fratelli Branca, still privately owned by the Branca Family, and also the parent company for the popular Fernet-Branca Amaro. The company's motto is "Novare Serbando," which means "to innovate while preserving our traditions."

* Vermouth is a fortified and aromatized wine. It’s characteristic taste comes from wormwood (Artemisia).

Carpano Antica Vermouth

Carpano Antica, considered the "King of Vermouths" by bartenders, is the perfect trade-up option for premium cocktails. This product begins with Italian white wine from the Trebbiano and Catarratto varieties (sourced from Emilia Romagna, Puglia, and Sicily). Aromatic herbs and spices are warm infused or cold extracted in a complicated and time-consuming process passed down from previous generations along with the formula. This product uses many classic vermouth botanicals such as cinnamon, cinchona bark, citrus peel, cardamom, chamomile, ginger, and wormwood (Artemisia), sourced from the Alps of Piedmont. The Antica formula uniquely also uses Vanilla (Madagascar, Papua New Guinea & Tahiti), which is good for digestion, and Saffron (Iran), an antioxidant and incredibly expensive and labor-intensive to pick. The red Carpano Vermouths are sweetened with burnt sugar, giving the drinks a natural color and peculiar sweetness. The final product is rested for around two months before bottling at 33 proof (16.5 % ABV).

Carpano Classico “Rosso” Vermouth

The main difference between Vermouth categories is the sugar content. Sweet Vermouths contain a minimum of 130 grams per liter of sugar. This expression is the classic Italian sweet red Vermouth. Created in the 1900s, this Torino-style Vermouth shines in cocktails combining spices, citrus, and flavors derived from wormwood that contribute to its mixability. Carpano Classico has a different recipe than Carpano Antica. However, it is still produced through warm infusion in wine and cold infusion in alcohol, depending on the herbs and spices, sweetened with burnt sugar, and bottled at 32 proof (16 % ABV).

Carpano Bianco Vermouth

Created in the 1930s, Carpano Bianco is the quintessential Italian white Vermouth and the richest Vermouth within the Carpano family. The main ingredients are fresh bitter orange peel, mace (taken from the nutmeg tree), and cinnamon. The blend of wines creates a sweet, fresh, and rich aroma balanced by spicy and citrus notes. After the initially sweet taste, slightly bitter complex botanical notes take over, making the product a perfect bright addition to any spritz. This product is bottled at 29.8 proof (14.9 % ABV).

Carpano Dry Vermouth

The main difference between Vermouth categories is mainly due to sugar content. Dry Vermouth has a maximum sugar content of 50 grams per liter. Carpano Dry is composed of Absinthe, cultivated in Italy from uncontaminated mountain areas, and Dittamo Cretico and an herbaceous plant from the island of Crete. The Fratelli Branca Distilleries production process allows Carpano Dry to maintain its dynamic characteristics over time. This product is bottled at 36 proof (18 % ABV).

Carpano Botanic Bitter

Carpano Botanic Bitter is a bright ruby-colored Italian bitter liqueur created from ten natural botanicals and 40% less sugar than other bitter brands. The botanicals are Saffron (Asia & Mediterranean Countries), Sandal (India & Southeast Asia, Fresh Green Orange Peel (Italy), Bitter Orange Peel (Mediterranean Basin Countries), Cinchona (Peru & Ecuador), Rhubarb (China), Zedoaria (India), Gentian (Europe), Myrrh (Somalia, Ethiopia & Arabian Peninsula), and Wormwood (Piedmont - Italy). This product is bottled at 50 proof (25 % ABV) and is perfect in an aperitif spritz or a classic cocktail, such as a Negroni, Boulevardier, or Americano.

Castle & Key - The Brand

Founded in 2014, the Castle & Key brand produces vodka, gin, rye, and bourbon from grain to glass at their distillery built on the historical site of the Old Taylor Distillery, created by bourbon legend Colonel E.H. Taylor in 1887. The distillery was built to resemble a medieval European castle, and located at its heart is Taylor's original water source, a giant keyhole-shaped spring. These two signature aspects of the distillery provided easy inspiration for the modern name of Castle & Key Distillery.

Castle & Key Sacred Spring Vodka

The Scared Spring name highlights the importance of the historic Springhouse. The Castle & Key vodka is unique in that it uses the brand's traditional bourbon mash bill of 73 % White Corn, 10 % Kentucky Rye, and 17 % Kentucky Malt, which creates a vodka with much more character and flavor than traditional American vodka. The grain recipe is distilled up to vodka distillation proof, then cut to 80 proof (40 % ABV) using the mineral-rich limestone water from the "key," which is a 140,000-gallon naturally fed key-shaped spring.

Castle & Key Roots of Ruin Gin

The Roots of Ruin name highlights the restoration of the property and creating something new while honoring the site's history. The Castle & Key gin uses the brand's rye mash bill of 17 % Yellow Corn, 63 % Kentucky Rye, and 20 % Kentucky Malt distilled to a high proof to create the base spirit for their gin. Seven botanicals (Chamomile, Ginger, Angelica Root, Lemon Verbena. Rosemary, Licorice Root, Coriander, and Juniper) are locally sourced from Kentucky and redistilled in their custom Vendome dual-basket gin still, cut with the same water, and bottled at 106 proof (53 % ABV).

Castle & Key Restoration Rye

The Restoration Rye name speaks to the restoration of the property, with the imagery highlighting the special care and attention to detail of all the hands that have worked to create and release Castle & Key's first whiskey. The mash bill is 17 % yellow corn, 63 % Kentucky rye, and 20 % Kentucky malted barley. The brand produces two or three batches a year, and each batch will never exceed a batch size of 80 barrels. The current releases are between 3 and 4 years and bottled around 100 proof (50 % ABV), with a plus or minus of three proofs based on the release.

Castle & Key Bourbon

The traditional Bourbon mash bill is 73 % white corn, 10 % Kentucky rye, and 17 % Kentucky malted barley. The brand will also have a Wheated Bourbon available soon, with the same mash bill, except the rye has been replaced with white wheat. Each bourbon line will have a Small Batch, Single Barrel, and Bottled-in-Bond expression. Just like the Rye, the Small Batch bourbon does not exceed a batch size of 80 barrels. The brand releases two batches a year, each currently with a 4-year-old age statement and bottled at 100 proof (50 % ABV), with a plus or minus of three proofs based on the release.

Cenote Tequila - The Brand

Cenote was the first tequila brand from the Stoli Group, most well-known for its Latvian vodka, produced by Master Distiller Arturo Fuentes at the Finos Distillery in Jalisco. The brand is a modern tribute to the Mayans' reverence for the Cenote, found throughout the Yucatan Peninsula in Eastern Mexico. A cenote is a natural hole in the collapsed limestone bedrock that exposes the underground freshwater system. Cenotes, or "sacred well," was a water source but were also believed to be windows to the underworld inhabited by gods and goddesses, including the god of rainfall, Chaac, who can be found inscribed into the bottle's closure. Since the tequila is named after a unique water source, the brand sources its water from an artesian well at the distillery, which provides pure volcanic rock-filtered water.

Cenote Cristalino Añejo Tequila

This expression is aged for one year in American Oak barrels, filtered, and bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV).

Cointreau Orange Liqueur

Cointreau has a great heritage and is a true cocktail icon. The brand has been one of the most mentioned liqueur brands in cocktail books since the early 1900s. The brothers Edouard-Jean and Adolphe Cointreau established La Maison Cointreau in 1849 in the family’s birthplace in the heart of the Loire-Valley in Western France. After ten years of trial and research, Edouard perfected his “Triple Sec” in 1885, and Cointreau was born. Cointreau is the perfect balance of only four ingredients: pure water, neutral alcohol, sugar, and the carefully selected essences of sweet and bitter orange peels. One of Cointreau’s quality benchmarks is its high concentrations of natural orange oils, also called essences. This can be demonstrated when pouring Cointreau over ice, and the opalescence reaction causes a visual separation of the oils.

Cointreau Noir

First released in 2012, Cointreau Noir drew its inspiration from a recipe that Édouard Cointreau created in the early 1900s called Majestik. This product combines the perfect balance of sweet and bitter orange peel from regular Cointreau and blends it with cognac. The blend is 70% Cointreau orange liqueur and 30% Rémy-Martin cognac with an infusion of walnuts and almonds. With the addition of Cointreau Noir, the brand can offer its customers both popular styles of premium orange liqueurs.

Connemara 12-Year-Old, Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Connemara is distilled from malted barley at the Old Kilbeggan Distillery, which dates back to 1757, making it the oldest licensed whiskey distillery in the Republic of Ireland. Unlike most Irish whiskey, the Connemara brand specializes in Peated Irish single malt whiskey. One could think of Connemara’s whiskies as “Islay meets Ireland,” as they retain the smooth and sweet taste of Irish whiskey with the smoky taste associated with Islay Malt whiskies. Inspired by Ireland’s ancient distilling tradition of drying malting barley over peat fires, Connemara’s smooth, sweet malt taste and complex peat flavors make it a truly unique Irish whiskey. For centuries, peat (or turf as it is known locally) was widely used in Ireland to dry cereal crops and to fire the stills. The 12-Year-Old label is aged at least twelve years, bottled from a single cask at 80 proof (40 % ABV), and offers an expressive aroma with a vibrant presence of malt and peaty smokiness.

Connemara Cask Strength, Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Connemara Cask Strength is the trade-up option from the 12-Year-Old label, which is bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV). The Cask Strength label is also distilled from peated malted barley at Old Kilbeggan Distillery. This product has no added coloring, is non-chill filtered, and is bottled uncut or undiluted at cask strength, which will vary from batch to batch. I recently tasted one bottled 117 proof (57 % ABV).

Coopers’ Craft - The Brand

Coopers’ Craft is a tribute to their barrel makers' hard work and craftsmanship. The Coopers’ Craft brand uses their knowledge and expertise in barrel-making and maturation to create two bourbons that range from light and gentle to bold and complex. Brown-Forman, the brand’s parent company, continues to be the only spirits supplier to own and operate their own cooperages, which produce custom barrels for each of their bourbon brands.

Coopers’ Craft 82.2

This expression has a gentle flavor profile and is positioned as a gateway bourbon to pull newcomers into the category. This product goes through beech and birch wood charcoal-filter finishing that lowers the pH level, which allows the whiskey to hold onto carbonation, creating a superior mixing bourbon.

Coopers’ Craft 100

This expression has a bold and complex flavor profile and is perfect for whiskey-forward cocktails, neat or on the rocks. This product is aged in special chiseled and charred barrels that allow for an additional 50% surface area during maturation.

Dhos Bittersweet contains zero sugar and only five calories! Craft the perfect ‘Bittersweet Spritz’! Just mix with soda water, pour over crushed ice & enjoy.

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin

Drumshanbo Gunpowder is an Irish twelve-botanical modern-style gin distilled at The Shed Distillery in the rural village of Drumshanbo, near Lake Lough Allen in County Leitrim. ⁣⁣The brand draws its name from its production home and the unique main ingredient. Gunpowder Tea is a type of slowly-dried green tea sourced from China. The delicate leaves are carefully rolled into shiny pellets. ⁣⁣ Created by the ever-curious founder and master distiller PJ Rigney, the core eight core botanicals of Angelica Root, Caraway Seed, Cardamom, Coriander Seed, Juniper Berry, Meadowsweet, Orris Root, & Star Anise are slowly distilled in a copper pot still, then four additional botanicals of Chinese Lemon, Gunpowder Tea, Kaffir Lime⁣⁣, and Oriental Grapefruit are infused using a vapor basket. The final distillate rests for some time to allow the complex layers of flavors to marry together. The mythological Jackalope, which combines a jackrabbit and an antelope, appears on the label. This creature inspires mystery and wonder, which perfectly represents this gin. Some have even said that the Jackalope has been spotted in Drumshanbo.⁣ This product is bottled at 86 proof (43 % ABV).

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with Sardinian Citrus

During a visit to the Italian island of Sardinian, Master Distiller PJ Rigney was introduced to Sardinian Citrus (Citrus mostruosa) or Pompia by locals in the rustic country village of Siniscola. Sardinian Citrus is a unique fruit only found on the island of Sardinia, which inspired him to create a new line extension for Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin. The eight core botanicals of Angelica Root, Caraway Seed, Cardamom, Coriander Seed, Juniper Berry, Meadowsweet, Orris Root, & Star Anise are slow-distilled⁣⁣ in their copper pot still, combined with the four vapor-infused botanicals of Kaffir Lime, Gunpowder Tea, Oriental Grapefruit, and Sardinian Citrus, the final product is bottled at 86 proof (43 % ABV).

Eight & Sand is an American Whiskey distilled at the historic MGP distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The brand is inspired by the railroad that built the American West. The name comes from railroad terminology, where the term "Eight & Sand" refers to the eighth and fastest notch on a locomotive's throttle and the sand used on the wheels to prevent slipping. Wishing a railroad crew "Eight & Sand" is the equivalent of wishing a sailor "Smooth Sailing." The label features the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Locomotive 811, a historic steam locomotive built in 1902 that connected Atchison, Kansas, the headquarters of MGP, to the rest of the country. The locomotive was retired in 1952 and is located at the Atchison Railroad Museum. A portion of all profiles is dedicated to supporting railroad museums and train station restoration projects across the United States. This brand is a blended bourbon, which means that at least 51% of the blend is bourbon, and contains no Grain Neutral Spirit (GNS) and no added coloring. The final product is bottled at 88 proof (44 % ABV).

Empress 1908 Indigo Gin

Empress 1908 is an eight-botanical modern-style gin that pairs subtle Juniper flavor with Butterfly Pea Blossom, which gives this product its distinct indigo color and changes shade depending on the mixing. Victoria Distillers make Empress Gin in Sidney on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. The inspiration for this product comes from the afternoon tea service at the historic Fairmont Empress Hotel, located 30 minutes south of the distillery in Victoria. The Fairmont Empress signature tea is one of the eight botanicals used in this gin, and the blend is a selection of seasonal teas created exclusively by the Metropolitan Tea Company. The production process starts with macerating six botanicals overnight before the distillation. The Empress Blend Tea and Butterfly Pea Blossom are infused post-distillation to maintain delicate flavors and signature indigo color. Finally, no artificial colors or stabilizers are used, and this product is bottled at 85 proof (42.5 % ABV).

Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin

The Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose is a nine-botanical gin with all-natural color. It is Victoria Distillers first line extension from the original Indigo Gin. This product was inspired by and pays homage to Victoria, British Columbia, called "The City of Gardens" because the flowers bloom nearly year-round. Eight botanicals, including cinnamon bark, coriander, elderflower, juniper, lavender, orange peel, orris root, and red rose petals are macerated overnight before the distillation. The rose petals and black carrots are infused post-distillation to maintain their delicate flavors and striking ruby color, and then the final product is bottled at 85 proof (42.5 % ABV). In addition to color, the black carrot adds a layer of sweetness with an earthy complexity.

Fernet-Branca

Fernet-Branca is an Amaro (Italian for "Bitter"), an Italian herbal liqueur commonly drunk as an after-dinner digestif. The category-leading brand is so much more than just a digestif. It is an excellent ingredient in many cocktails and is also known as the "Bartender's Handshake" because it is a favorite shot among bartenders and service industry members. Founded by Bernardino Branca and his three sons in 1845, and the formula remains a secret passed down in the Branca family. The secret recipe contains 27 herbs, roots, and spices sourced from four continents, for example, Aloe (South Africa), Rhubarb (China), Gentian (France), Galingale (India or Sri Lanka), Chamomile (Italy or Argentina). The final product is matured for one year in oak barrels, contains no artificial additives, flavoring, or color, and is bottled at 78 proof (39 % ABV). Fernet-Branca is also the national drink of Argentina, commonly mixed with Coca-Cola.

Four Roses - The Brand

First trademarked in 1888, the Four Roses name comes from founder Paul Jones Jr. and a beautiful Southern Belle he was in love with. Jones sent her a marriage proposal, and she responded that if her answer were "Yes," she would wear a corsage of roses on her gown to the upcoming grand ball. When she arrived, she wore a corsage of four red roses. The brand was produced and sold during Prohibition under a medicinal license and was later bought by Seagram in 1943. During the late 1950s, the brand was pulled from the US market and sold exclusively for the export market. Finally, the brand was purchased by Kirin in 2002 and re-introduced back to the domestic market.

Garrison Brothers - The Brand

Garrison Brothers was the first legal whiskey distillery in the state of Texas. The brand has never sourced whiskey and instead produces everything from grain to glass themselves at their distillery in Hye, Texas (an hour and a half west of Austin). The brand was founded by Dan Garrison, a former VP of Marketing in the software industry, who lost his job following the Enron scandal. With the help of former Maker’s Mark & Whistle Pig Master Distiller Dave Pickerell, Dan founded a bourbon distillery and brand and, at the age of 40, completely changed the course of his life. The brand launched its first product on Texas Independence Day (March 2nd) in 2010. The brand is a wheated bourbon with a mash bill of 74 % Corn, 15 % Red Winter Wheat, and 11 % Malted Barley. All Garrison Brothers Bourbons use the same mash bill and production methods; the only difference comes with different aging techniques and cask finishings

Garrison Brothers Small Batch

The Small Batch expression (black wax) is the brand’s flagship product and the base for all line extensions in the family of brands. This product is a mingling of 55 barrels, aged a minimum of 4 years, that will deliver the same target flavor profile to consumers bottle after bottle. This expression is bottled at 94 proof (47 % ABV).

Garrison Brothers Honey Dew

The Honeydew expression (yellow wax) originated from a request from Dan’s wife to make a liqueur, but Dan insisted that the brand only made bourbon. This product is the result of that compromise. Used barrel staves are chopped into cubes and soaked in local Texas honey from Burleson. A tea bag is made from cheesecloth filled with honey cubes and dipped into a tank of Small Batch bourbon for six months. This process created a honey-infused Bourbon, not a flavored whiskey. The flavor profile is still Bourbon-forward, and the final product is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Garrison Brothers Single Barrel

The Single Barrel expression (grey wax) is bottled one barrel at a time from barrels Master Distiller Donnis Todd has chosen because the aging bourbon has a unique or different flavor profile outside than the barrels used for the Small Batch. Donnis is looking for barrels with more character. This expression is bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV).

Garrison Brothers Balmorhea

The Balmorhea expression (blue wax), named for a state park in West Texas, is a double-oaked bourbon. This product starts as a four-year-old Small Batch aged in a new charred American white oak barrel. Next, the aged bourbon is moved to a second new charred American white oak barrel for an additional two years. The liquid becomes exceptionally dark and is bottled at 115 proof (57.5 % ABV). Through their in-house charitable organization, “Good Bourbon for a Good Cause,” the brand donates money from selling this product to Texas Parks & Wildlife to aid in rebuilding Balmorhea State Park.

Garrison Brothers Guadalupe

The Guadalupe expression (orange wax) is the brand’s four-year-old bourbon that has been cask-finished for two additional years in ex-Tawny Port Casks from Portugal. This expression is bottled at 107 proof (53.3 % ABV).

Garrison Brothers Cowboy

The Cowboy expression (gold wax) is the brand’s highly coveted annual limited-time offering from a small selection of Master Distiller Donnis Todd’s favorite barrels. This product is bottled at cask-strength, uncut, and unfiltered.

George Remus, Straight Bourbon Whiskey

George Remus is the flagship product distilled at the historic 175-year-old Ross & Squibb Distillery, formerly MGP, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. This product is a high-rye blend of bourbon distilled from two mash bills, 75 % corn, 21 % rye, 4 % malted barley, and 60 % corn, 36 % rye, 4 % malted barley, aged in new charred American white oak over five years, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 94 Proof (47 % ABV). The brand is named for George Remus, a Chicago lawyer who moved to Cincinnati and created one of the most successful bootlegging operations of the American Prohibition era (1920-1933). Nicknamed the "King of the Bootleggers," Remus is often credited as the inspiration for the character of Jay Gatsby from F. Scott Fitzgerald's 1925 novel The Great Gatsby because he was known for his legendary parties.

Glenfiddich 12 Year-Old, Single Malt Scotch Whiskey,

Glenfiddich, which means "valley of the deer," is a single malt scotch whiskey distilled in Dufftown, Scotchland since 1887. The brand is a traditional Speyside style and is credited with  creating the single malt scotch category outside outside of Scotland in 1963. The Glenfiddich 12 Year-Old is unpeated (not smokey) and uses high-cut points during distillation to keep only the heart, or best part, of distillate to continue onto maturation. This expression is aged in former  American Bourbon barrels and Spanish sherry casks for at least 12 years. After aging the whiskey is married in large oak tuns for up to 9 months to allow to allow the final product to harmonize. This product is certified Kosher and bottled at 86 proof (43 % ABV).

Glenfiddich 14 Year-Old, Single Malt Scotch Whiskey, Bourbon Barrel Reserve

The Glenfiddich 14 Year-Old is the perfect single malt scotch  whiskey for the bourbon drinker. This expression is aged in former bourbon American oak barrels for at at least 14 years, then cask-finished in second charred new American Oak barrels sourced from Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky. This product is a good bridge whiskey between bourbon and single malt scotch, is certified Kosher, and bottled at 86 proof (43 % ABV).

Glendalough - The Brand

Glendalough, pronounced "Glen-Da-Lock," translates to "Valley of Two Lakes." The Irish Saint, St. Kevin of Glendalough, is featured on the brand's label. St. Kevin built a monastery in the 6th century in the Glendalough Valley that stands intact to this date. Around this same period, Irish monks were credited with some of the first distillation of alcohol. The Glendalough Distillery was set up by five friends from Wicklow and Dublin to revive the heritage of craft distilling in Ireland. The distillery is located on the east coast of Ireland in Wicklow, about an hour drive south from Dublin.

Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin

This Irish gin uses fresh wild botanicals hand foraged by the distillery's full-time forager, Geraldine Kavanagh, and distilled fresh, never dried. The goal is to capture the flavors of the Wicklow Mountains and the Glendalough Valley. All cut points are made manually based on taste and smell during distillation by the Master Distiller (Stillman) Rowdy Rooney. In Ireland, the brand products four releases a year based on the botanical harvest in each season. In the United States, these four seasonal gins are blended to produce a product representing all four seasons of Wicklow and Glendalough. This product is bottled at 82 proof (41% ABV).

Glendalough Rose Gin

Master Distiller Rowdy Rooney created the Rose Gin as a private batch to honor his late mother, Rose Rooney, at his brother's wedding. This first batch was made from roses from his mother's garden. The Rose Gin uses many of the same botanicals* as the Wild Botanical Gin, but the proportions are rebalanced, and some new botanicals are added to accentuate the flor notes. The additional botanicals are pink peppercorns, cardamon, whole oranges, hibiscus flowers, and three different types of rose (Heritage Rose, Damask Rose, Wild Wicklow Rose). This product utilizes maceration, vapor distillation, and infusion. The fresh petals, along with the other botanicals, are macerated overnight. All the macerated ingredients are distilled in the copper Pot Still, and the vapors pass through a basket filled with more rose petals. Finally, fresh rose petals are infused in the final distillate to deepen the pink color and enhance the floral notes. This expression is bottled at 82 proof (41 % ABV).

  • Overlapping Botanicals from Wild Botanical Gin = Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Licorice Root Licorice Bark, Fresh Organic Lemons, Elderflower, Yarrow, Blackberry Leaves, Ox Eye Daisies, Wild Angelica, Wood Sorrel, Lemon Balm, Watermint, Red Clover Flowers, Wild Rose Petals, Sloes, Wild Raspberries, Sheep's Sorrel, Fraughan (wild blue) Berries, Pine, Sweet Woodruff, Bell Heather, Sweet Cicely & Ladies Bedstraw

Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey

This expression is a Single Grain Whiskey, produced at one single distillery, distilled from a mash bill of organic corn and malted barley and double matured in first-fill Ex-Bourbon barrels for 3 years, then cask finished in first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks for 9 months, non-chilled filtered, and bottled at 84 proof (42 % ABV).

Glendalough Pot Still Irish Whiskey

This expression is triple distilled from a 2:1 mash bill of unmalted and malted Irish barley, double matured for 3 years in Ex-Bourbon barrels, and then cask finished up to one year in virgin indigenous Irish oak casks (Dar Ghalda), non-chill filtered, and bottled at 86 proof (43 % ABV).

Glendalough Single Malt Irish Whiskey 7-Year-Old, Mizunara Finished.

This expression is a Single Malt Irish Whiskey, produced at one single distillery, triple distilled in pot stills from a mash bill of just Irish malted barley, and double matured for 7 years in heavily charred Bourbon casks and up to one year in #3 charred Mizunara puncheon casks (500 L), non-chilled filtered, and bottled at 92 proof (46 % ABV). The 7-year age statement represents the seven years that St. Kevin lived in the wilderness and the seven churches he built.

Glendalough is the first Irish whiskey distillery to use Mizunara, grown on Hokkaido, Japan's most northern and least populated mainland Island. Mizunara is notoriously rare and exotic because it takes 200 years for a tree to mature, and each tree might only give you one cask because they're prone to grow twisted. The year's harvest is sold in one day at a blind auction, and each cask can cost $3,000. Mizunara means "water oak" and takes three years to dry, making them extremely brittle and hard to shape into barrels.

The "red thread of fate" is tied around the neck of the bottle. The Japanese believe an invisible red thread connects those who are destined to be together. In this case, it represents the connection between two islands on the far sides of the world—Hokkaido and Ireland. It brings together the world's best oak and the world's best malt, marrying Japanese design and Irish storytelling. "What you seek is seeking you."

Gran Centenario Tequila - The Brand

The Gran Centenario brand was founded in 1857 by Lázaro Gallardo and is still produced in the highlands of Jalisco at Ex Hacienda Los Camichines. The brand's house style is called "Selección Suave," a technique created by Lázaro Gallardo, which blends newly rested tequilas with the smoothest aged reserves to yield a rich, complex taste profile. After harvest, all the agave pinas are cooked in traditional masonry furnaces for 48 hours, fermented, then double distilled. The brand's logo is an angel carrying a trumpet because the legend goes that Lázaro Gallardo entrusted an angel to protect his agave plants, and the trumpet would alert him to threats such as plagues and cold weather. Finally, the brand is recognizable for its unique Art Deco-inspired bottles.

Gran Centenario Reposado Tequila

The Gran Centenario Reposado label is aged 4 months in new American oak barrels and bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV).

Gran Centenario Cristalino Tequila

Gran Centenario Cristalino Tequila is a blend of their Añejo, aged 16 months in new American white oak barrels, and their Extra-Añejo, aged 4 years (48 months) in new American white oak. The final blend is cask-finished in ex-Calvados casks, filtered through a meticulous process that includes Mexican silver, and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Gran Coramino Tequila - The Brand

The Gran Coramino brand is a joint venture partnership between 11th generation Tequila-produce Juan Domingo Beckmann Legorreta and actor and comedian Kevin Hart. The brand launched in 2022 and currently has two expressions: Reposado Cristalino and Anejo. The brand uses only the hearts of the agave, hand-picked at full maturity, slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for several days, and gently cooled to preserve the roasted agave flavor. The extracted juices are slowly fermented for several days, then double-distilled in copper pot stills.

Gran Coramino Reposado Cristalino Tequila

This expression is first matured in medium-toasted Eastern European oak barrels. Next, the tequila is cask-finished for several months in first-fill Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks from Napa Valley, California, then slow-filtered for smoothness and clarity while preserving the unique barrel and agave aromas and flavors. This product is bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV).

Gran Coramino Añejo Tequila

This expression is aged over 12 months in American and French oak barrels, blended with another Añejo matured in ex-Cognac barrels, and bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV).

Heaven’s Door Double Barrel Whiskey

The Heaven's Door Double Barrel Whiskey is a unique blend of three different whiskeys. The first two whiskeys are 6-year-old Tennessee Whiskeys, aged in first-fill Ex-Bourbon barrels, with a mash bill of 84 % Corn, 8 % Rye, & 8 % Malted Barley. The third whiskey is a 7-year-old rye sourced from Indiana with a mash bill of 95 % Rye & 5 % Malted Barley. Finally, all three whiskeys are blended, finished for one year in toasted and alligator char barrels, and bottled at 100 proof (50 % ABV).

Hendrick’s - The Brand

The brand was created in 1999 by the current Master Distiller Lesley Gracie and named after the family gardener of the oldest living woman in Scotland (Janet Sheed Roberts), a member of the William Grant family. The parent company for Hendrick's (along with Glenfiddich, The Balvenie, Tullamore D.E.W., Monkey Shoulder, Milagro, Reyka, & more) is William Grant & Sons, the family-owned company for the William Grant family. The distillery, also called the "Gin Palace," is located a mile inland from the tiny seaside village of Girvan in southwest Scotland.

Hendrick’s Gin

Hendrick's is a modern-style Scottish gin produced from 11 botanicals* and infused with rose and cucumber. The brand is distilled in two different stills: the Bennett Still is an antique copper pot from 1860, and the Carter-Head Still is a long-neck still from 1948 (of which only a few exist today). The 11 botanicals* are macerated in a neutral-grain spirit overnight in the Bennett still before distillation to create a rich, complex, and intricate spirit. The same botanicals are placed in a basket in the neck of the Carter-Head Still and gently steamed to produce a lighter, delicate, and more refined spirit. Each batch is crafted 500 liters at a time to ensure the high quality of small batch production. The gins from the two stills are married together, then infused with rose (Bulgarian rose Damascena) and cucumber, and bottled at 88 proof (44 % ABV).

*chamomile, elderflower, juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, caraway, coriander, cubeb berries, angelica root, yarrow root, and orris root

Hendrick's Neptunia

The Neptunia expression is a limited-edition gin for 2022 from the Master Distiller Lesley Gracie's "Cabinet of Curiosities." This expression was inspired by the rugged Scottish coastline near the Hendrick's distillery in Girvan. Neptunia combines the same signature Hendrick's base (11 botanicals + Cucumber & Rose) with an additional blend of locally sourced Scottish coastal thyme, sustainably harvested sea kelp from just up the coast from the distillery. The final addition is lime, which does not come from the coast of Scotland, but adds a unique dynamic to the finish of the gin that gives that freshness of the ocean. This product is bottled at 86.8 proof (43.4 % ABV).

Herradura - The Brand

Herradura Tequila is produced in Amatitán, in the state of Jalisco. Since 1870 this site has been one of the last tequila-producing Haciendas in Mexico (Hacienda San José del Refugio), unique because there are several strict guidelines to be considered an authentic Hacienda. A more modern distillery called Casa Herradura was built on-site next to the original factory in 1963. Since then, the brand has innovated by introducing the first Reposado tequila and creating the Extra Añejo category. The brand was purchased in 2007 by Brown-Forman, the parent company of Jack Daniel's, Old Forester, and Woodford Reserve.

Herradura Ultra Anejo Cristalino

Herradura Ultra Anejo Cristalino was created in 2014. This product is a blend of their Anejo tequilas, aged a minimum of 25 months in barrels that previously held Jack Daniel's, Old Forester, or Woodford Reserve, and a touch of agave nectar for sweetness. The final blend is filtered to remove the color and enhance the smoothness and bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV).

Herradura Legend Añejo

Herradura Legend is a specialty añejo tequila and the brand's newest innovations. This expression is aged 14 months in unique grooved (barril acanalado) and charred new American white oak barrels. The groove cuts on the interior of the charred barrel exposed the aging tequila to a greater surface area of toasted oak, resulting in a deeper color and greater depth of complexity. Brown-Forman, the brand's parent company, owns and operates its own cooperage, or barrel-making facility, allowing the company to innovate new products that showcase its sophistication in barrel making. Fans of the popular Don Julio 1942 Añejo will love this product.

Hornitos Añejo Cristalino

Hornitos is part of the Tequila Sauza portfolio under parent company Beam Suntory, most well known for its Bourbons, like Jim Beam, Maker's Mark, and Knob Creek, and its Japanese Whiskies, like Suntory, Hibiki, and Yamazaki. The Cristalino expression is another entry-level option for cocktails or beginners to the category. This product is triple-distilled, unlike the other Hornitos expressions, which are all double-distilled in column and pot stills, and aged in American white oak barrels for 12 months. After aging, the tequila undergoes charcoal filtration to remove the color yet retain full flavor from oak aging.

Hussong's Tequila - The Brand

Hussong's Tequila is most recognizable for its clay jug packaging. The brand draws its name after Juan Hussong and the famous Hussong Cantina in Ensenada, Baja, Mexico, which is often credited with creating the margarita cocktail. Hussong uses a unique cooking method starting with five-year-old agave sourced from three tequila-producing regions, including the highlands and Jalisco's lowlands. Half of their agave is slowly steam-roasted in traditional stone walled brick ovens for approximately 45 hours, while the second half is cooked in stainless steel autoclaves for 35 hours. The agave is shredded, fermented for 50 hours, then double-distilled.

Hussong's Platinum Añejo Tequila

This expression is aged for 15 months in oak barrels, then charcoal filtered to produce a crystal-clear appearance, and bottled at 80 proof (40 % ABV).

Jack Daniel’s - The Brand

Every year, Jack Daniel’s is one of the bestselling whiskies globally. Popular with Bikers, Bankers, and everyone in-between, the brand has a wide range of expressions from casual to ultra-premium and can fill the need for any occasion. Since 1866, every drop of Jack Daniel’s has been distilled, aged, and bottled at their distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Jack Daniel’s is proudly a Tennessee Whiskey, which means the brand goes through an additional process of charcoal mellowing, also known as the Lincoln County Process, that uniquely sets the category apart from Bourbon.

Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7

Every drop of Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 is charcoal mellowed through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal, legally making this product a Tennessee Whiskey, not a Bourbon. This expression is the flagship expression of the brand, one of the best-selling whiskies globally and a pop culture icon. The charcoal mellowing gives this product light and sweet flavor profile that can be enjoyed anyway. Rather than mixing with Coca-Cola, try Jack Daniel’s mixed with Ginger Ale for an easy and refreshing twist on an old classic.

Jack Daniel’s Rye

American Rye Whiskey is gaining popularity again, especially with drinkers rediscovering rye in classic cocktails. Jack Daniel's Rye is the brand's first new mash bill since Prohibition. This expression delivers a bold and balanced spicy character but still leaves room for the complexity and depth of the corn and malted barley in the mash bill. This product also goes through charcoal-mellowing before aging, so it has a classic Jack Daniel's character with a smooth finish that does not over-power, even bottled at a slightly higher proof.

Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack

First released in 1988, this expression is the first trade-up option from Old No. 7. Gentleman Jack takes aged Jack Daniel’s whiskey and put it through a second and shorter round of charcoal mellowing before bottling. This product is the only double mellowed whiskey on the market, and the lighter and extra smooth flavor profile is the perfect product for customers who are new to the whiskey category.

Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Select

First released in 1977, the Single Barrel Select is the flagship expression in the Jack Daniel’s Singel Barrel Series and delivers an incredible representation of Tennessee Whiskey. Like every other expression of Jack Daniel’s, every drop is distilled, charcoal mellowed, and aged in Lynchburg, Tennessee using custom-made barrels from the Brown-Forman cooperage. This product is bottled from the contents of only one barrel at a time and never mingled. All barrels are sourced from the very top floor (8th) of the barrel warehouse, where dramatic temperature changes cause the color and taste to deepen further and provide a robust flavor. Only 1 out of every 100 barrels is chosen to become a Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel, and each barrel has its own rare and unique flavor, assuring that no two Single Barrels are the same.

Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Rye

The second expression in the Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Series uses the Jack Daniel’s Rye mash bill, the brand’s first new mash bill since Prohibition. This expression follows the same production process as Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Select, except for the mash bill.

Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel – Barrel Proof

The third expression in the Jack Daniel’s Singel Barrel Series uses the same mash bill, and production method as the Single Barrel Select, except this expression, is bottled at barrel proof or cask strength. Like the rest of Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Series, these barrels are never mingled but bottled individually in very limited quantities for those who appreciate the pure taste and high character of uncut whiskey.

Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select

First released in 2012, Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select honors the special relationship with famous singer Frank Sinatra and his favorite whiskey, Jack Daniel’s. This expression is aged in the unique “Sinatra Barrel,” which has deep groves carved inside the staves to expose the whiskey to extra layers of toasted oak. Bottled at 90 proof (45 % ABV), like Jack Daniel’s would have been in Frank’s day, this product comes in a special one-liter bottle. The premium package also includes a specially designed gift box and book about the relationship between Jack Daniel and Frank Sinatra.

Jack Daniel’s No. 27 Gold

This expression was originally an airport duty-free only item but now is available in most markets. Jack Daniel’s No. 27 Gold is twice barreled, double oaked, and double charcoal mellowed. This product is a cask finished in a maple barrel, which imparts a rich, smooth and luxurious whiskey experience. The name 27 comes from the twice barreling and twice mellowing of Old No. 7, or 2 + No. 7 = 27. Avoid calling this expression “No. 27,” “Jack Daniel’s 27.

Jack Daniel’s Bonded

Jack Daniel's Bonded is a permanent line extension released in 2022. MeMento - The Brand

MeMento, Latin for "remember," is an Italian distilled aromatic water and non-alcoholic cocktail spirit. The brand is produced through aromatic distillation, so alcohol is never involved in the production. This differs from "alcohol-free" products made through dealcoholization, which can have up to 0.5 % ABV left after the process. In addition to being Alcohol-Free, MeMento is Zero Calories, Gluten Free, Sugar-Free, and Vegan. The production process looks like this. Heat boils water in a distillation chamber, creating steam that passes through the botanic ingredient. The steam and vaporized oil are condensed in a cold water chamber, and the water and essential oil are collected. The oil collects on the water's surface, so it is easily drained off and collected, leaving only the fragrant water behind. MeMento's founder, an Italian engineer named Eugenio Muraro, created the brand in 2017 due to his Master's Project at the Politecnico University of Milan. He studied and took inspiration from the techniques and botanicals used in the Florentine Book of Prescriptions (Ricettario Fiorentino), first published in 1498. The logo and packaging have five vertical lines that represent the human five senses.

MeMento White (Original)

This expression combines four aromatic distillates: Rose, Rosemary, Lemon Verbena, and Curry Leaf. Each ingredient is distilled separately, allowing every component to shine individually and preserve its more precious quality.

  • Curry Leaf = Exuberance & Joy

MeMento Green

This expression has a strong herbaceous aroma and floral palate. Green Myrtle was used to giving balsamic notes, Lemon Balm is said to add fresh, citrus flavors, and Bay Laurel contributes a "strong and vigorous" character. At the same time, Orange Blossom brings a bittersweet and balanced flavor.

  • Green Myrtle = Purification & Freshness

  • Lemon Balm = Citrus & Spiciness

  • Bay Laurel = Pungency & Boldness

  • Bitter Orange Flower = Bitterness & Sweetness
